الوصف الوظيفي
• Facilitate and execute upstream oil and gas engineering facilities projects in addition to other related tasks, covering phases from Design through to Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Handover in accordance with Company's QHSE, technical specifications and quality requirements within assigned schedule and budget.
• Initiate, plan, coordinate and manage work package estimates, budgets, planning, prioritizing, execution, design, procurement, construction, follow up, monitoring, reporting, contract resources deployments, completion, commissioning, handover, close-outs and actuals work completed and progress in accordance with Company's QHSE, technical specifications and quality requirements and on schedule and within budget.
• Planning and managing of budgets related to the related projects.
• Manage Annual Plans/expenditures related to the budget and assigned projects.
• Identifies the most appropriate contracting strategy to best achieve schedule and provide value to the Company and department KPIs.
• Coordinate with the Engineering Contract and Procurement team and SCM team for the Contractual, commercials, disputes, claims, budgets, finance and invoicing.
• Managing contracts, by acting as contract holder during project execution.
• Ensure the implementation of the most cost-effective contracting strategy, generation of tender documents and initiation of the technical tendering process for construction and materials procurement, Co-ordination of technical procurement and construction
• Maintain transparent records, feedbacks and reports on the Projects status thoroughly.
• Drive the QHSE and Quality aspects during the Projects execution and ensure the compliance during the life circle of the project delivery including the Introduction of Hydrocarbon.
• Identify project risks and hazards and implement controls in consultation with line supervisor.
• Take advisory role in providing technical advice and guidance to the project engineers.
• Maintain high quality standards and ensure asset integrity.
• Follow all safety, health and environmental policies of the Company at all times
• Ensure that all QHSE requirements are fully under compliance.
المهارات المطلوبة
• BSc or BEng in Engineering. Minimum Work experience
• 7 - 10 years practical experience in the upstream oil and gas industry
