• Managing, planning, executing, leading and monitor of electrical (facilities) projects on construction activities in accordance with scope of AFC packages & procedures), construction, schedule & company specifications and ensure any deviations are approved by the appropriate authorities prior to presume the activities. (Engineering Site Manager, Project Engineer, technical support team and/or QA/QC Engineer).
• Support other Supervisor (if requested) include review & approve the survey and routes drawings, Oversee, monitors and follow-up of execution like: instruments, Off-plot and On-plot projects as per scope and schedule.
• Monitor, review and, where required, approve the electrical construction activities of the Contractors to ensure that all electrical construction activities are carried out safely and fully in accordance with Company's HSE, quality and technical requirements.
• Ensure the fully completion of contractor mobilization and camp readiness to execute the project/ contract.
• Coordinate with the project team and other members of the project implementation to ensure accurate work drawings are maintained and that field changes and as-built drawings are properly documented.
• Ensure that construction work is carried out in accordance with AFC package (approved drawings, procedures & As Built) in line with applicable international and company standards and best practices.
• Ensure that all construction and pre commissioning activities are documented to provide a smooth handover to the Site Commissioning Team and or Operation team.
• Support on conducting root cause analysis (RCA) of failed electrical equipment, and provide technical point of view.
• Provide consultation and technical supports to others, assist in training/coaching of electrical personnel in electrical principles, construction standards and best practices and troubleshooting.
• Through frequent co-ordination meetings, plan a smooth interaction between Electrical construction activities, other disciplines activities and ongoing operations, with the target of minimum disruption at all times, especially in avoiding deferment of oil production and minimizing shutdown times.
• Identify and report any operating variances outside the equipment design limits and Technical Integrity problem.
• Understand the hazards associated with the task involved and implement controls in consultation with supervisors.
المهارات المطلوبة
Minimum Academic Qualifications:
• BSc/BEng in Electrical Engineering Minimum Work experience:
• 4-6 years.
