الوصف الوظيفي

• Conduct well and reservoir performance reviews, and deliver optimizations recommendations and reservoir management strategy.
• Gather and analyze multi-discipline data items and suggest quality checks and quality controls.
• Support and follow up the execution of field-wide production well-test schedule and bottom-hole pressure surveys.
• Support data management activities in creating departmental database and maintaining regular updates.
• Ensures that wells and field knowledge is captured in appropriate and easy-to-access places for immediate internal uses.
• Provide petroleum engineering support required for daily drilling and production operations.
• Contribute in regular surveillance review sessions with multi-discipline teams.
• Coordinate with site personnel for implementing different data gathering plans.
• Make regular site communication and visits to ensure harmonization of surveillance culture within the organization.
• Coordinate with vendors to submit relevant proposals for fluid samples, down-hole gauges, multi-phase meters, tracer testing, and DTS fiber optic sensing.
• Coordinate with Production Technologists on all relevant surveillance matters, which include PLTs, well stimulation, water shut-off and artificial lift requirements.
• Coordinate with production operations and surface facility personnel for all logistical aspects of surveillance plans.
• Stays abreast of emerging techniques and technologies in the oil and gas exploration in order to facilitate the best possible results to the Company.
• Contribute to reservoir engineering input to well-pick sessions and well proposals.
• Contribute relevant part of E&D input to the annual corporate Business Plan activities and updates.
• Follows all safety, fire health and environmental policies of the Company at all times.
• Coach a less experience staff as instructed by the E&D Manager.

• Understand the hazards associated with the task involved and implement controls in consultation with supervisors
• Ensure that company HSE Policies and Procedures are followed
• Ensure that safety is maintained in work places
• Participate in all HSE Programs as and when called for

•Minimum Academic Qualifications:
•University degree in petroleum engineering or relevant technical discipline. Minimum Work experience:
•4-6 years of experience in Reservoir engineering
