To manage IM&T Telecommunication (Transmition, Network, Data/Voice) system engineering team and provide best in class solution to perate, maintain and support, to achieve highest business uptime

Bachelors of Science in Computing, IT, Telecommunications or related discipline with 7 years experience or a Diploma with 10 years experience. CCIE certification will be an added advantage.
At least 5 years experience in a large and complex Telecommunication network environment managing activities such as communications installation, maintenance, configuration and troubleshooting covering high end Cisco network components, routers, switches, servers, fibre optic links, firewalls and other related devices.
Preferably with a minimum of 3 years experience in a senior position with a telecommunications/networks division in the Oil and Gas Industry.
A minimum of 2 years experience in Project Management.
A minimum of 2 years experience in a role involving on-the-job training, coaching and mentoring.
Team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills, with high level of customer orientation and mindset to deliver quality and pro-active service.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, including senior level executives of the organization
