The successful candidate will work in an integrated multi-disciplinary subsurface team of geoscientists, Petrophysicist and engineers and will look after all production technology aspects of the existing and planned wells in B-44.

Will be responsible for managing the delivery of the following, but not limited to, activities:  

• Contribute to ARA’s production growth by implementing and maintaining high production technology standards and best practices.
  
• Well intervention design for gas wells.
  
• Stimulation and fracture treatments
  
• Well monitoring and surveillance of the existing wells in Block 44.
  
• Work on production improvement opportunity identification and optimization.
  
• Propose/coordinate data acquisition plans as part of the surveillance plans.
  
• Design artificial lift completions and work with other parties involved e.g. well services on the execution of the proposed design.
  
• Maintaining a database for well intervention and surveillance.
  
• Coordinate with well services and facilities to perform all hoist, CTU & and other intervention jobs.
  
• Contribute to field development plans.
  
• Carry out full well modeling with the ability to analyze and identify remediation candidates to improve production.

• BSc degree or higher in petroleum engineering equivalent.
  
• 8+ years’ experience in production technology, specifically with Gas Field well production management.
  
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to contribute as a team player.
  
• Familiarized with Petroleum Experts Software (IPM suite of tools: GAP, Prosper and MBAL).
