The Production Operator will be responsible for operating a significant number of active producer wells in the field of varying artificial lift types BP(Beam Pump), PCP (Progressing Cavity Pump) & ESP (Electrical Submersible Pump) pumps)…etc which require attention in the form of optimization, surveillance, repair and maintenance on a 24 hour per day basis.
The Production Operator responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Operate and troubleshoot all artificial lift types in Mukhaizna (BP, PCP, ESP).
Responsible for daily surveillance and maintenance of around 120 wells
Validate and update the data in LOWIS software for assigned area.
Utilizes the exception reports to address and rectify any abnormal well conditions.
Area / permit authority for all work undertaken within the assigned area.
Focal point in the handover process for the receipt of the well after completion of any well servicing activities on the well.
College Diploma with minimum of 2 years of experience in operating and troubleshooting BP(Beam Pump), PCP (Progressing Cavity Pump), well Test & ESP (Electrical Submersible Pump) OR General Diploma Certificate (Secondary School) with minimum of 5 years’ experience in operating and troubleshooting BP(Beam Pump), PCP (Progressing Cavity Pump), Well test & ESP (Electrical Submersible Pump).
Worked on LOWIS software or similar program is preferred.
Driving License
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good PC skills.
