الوصف الوظيفي

  • Ensure the projects/contracts are meeting minimum standards, HSE requirements within approved contract budget, schedule and without compromising on quality issues.

  • Reviews engineering documents to insure that the commissioning & start-up requirements are accounted for in the design.

  • Prepares and keeps up-to-date the pre-commissioning and commissioning execution plans (including the schedule and the mobilization of personnel and equipment).

  • Supervises the preparation of the pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures.

  • Supervises the preparation of the performance test procedures and of the operating manuals with the process team.

  • Manages the execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up.

  • Prepares the commissioning progress reports to the project management and to the commissioning department.

  • Coordinates and assist the Vendor representatives.

  • Make sure that the project for commissioning is as per the Operating Philosophy.

  • Ensures the preparation of final reports and certificates.

  • Production focal point for all ‘Operations Readiness and Assurance’ issues between Production and Engineering.

  • Making improvements to, and offering advice about, operational procedures.

  • Overall controlling production department and co-ordination of project activities :-

    • Acceptance of facilities.

    • Clearance of critical exception list items.

    • Ensure availability of Operating Manuals, as built drawings.

    • Vendor documentation / maintenance manuals.

    • Commissioning / Performance Test.

    • Handover.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • BSc in Petroleum/Operation Engineering with at least 7 years or Diploma degree with at least 10 years related experience in the Engineering Field.
