Job Title:Maintenance Engineer,Department:Operations,Job Purpose:Provide maintenance support & strategy in performing maintenance activities of Rotating, Static, Electrical and Instrument and direct the maintenance team to implement the best maintenance practice and enhance reliability improvements focused on equipment's availability and reducing life cycle cost.,Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Support the Regional Manger to execute the major maintenance activities 2. Participates in developing & implementation of Maintenance business plans and strategies. 3. Establish Bench markings and set Key Performance Indicators for the Maint performance. 4. Establishes best maintenance practices & systems to optimize resources and enhancing efficiency. 5. Coordinate with the OEM vendors for Major Maintenance Activists ( Preparation, Resourcing and Execution) 6. Directs and supervision of major maintenance activities in all across regions 7. Assist the section head to develop and update the procedures/guidelines used in Maint Performance. 8. Review, Analysis Data in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and participates in its development, effective system utilization for Continual Improvement. 9. Prepare and Generate reports and feedback with regards to maintenance performance. 10. Provide input into budget preparations under the guidance of the Head of Department. 11. Participating in the preparation of budget estimates for capital and operating requirements. 12. Review the major/Critical Spares required for the maintenance activities
