الوصف الوظيفي

o BSc in an Engineering Discipline with 10 years’ experience or  Diploma with 14 years in Mechanical/electrical/instrumentation Engineering
o Knowledge and experience in the repair and maintenance various types of oilfield equipment.
o Substantial maintenance and reliability competency (equipment reliability, system availability, productivity and compliance with verification scheme) preferably gained in a variety of operating environments.
o Proven competency in a maintenance leadership position.
o Safety leader, promotes a high level of safety awareness in self and others. Ensures compliance with relevant procedures. Able to implement safety management systems.
o Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record in delivering business results. Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead others.
o Sufficient skills in utilizing software programs computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
o Knowledge of applicable codes and standards.
o Strong interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to interact with multi-disciplined teams
o Strong leadership capability and Staffing capacity
o Ability to troubleshoot equipment failures and recommend design changes.
o Competent in Process failure diagnoses and rectification.
o Experienced in Process Hazard Analysis (HIRA)
o Familiar with computer software programs, such as Microsoft
o Supervisory skill in managing multiple tasks
o Demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills. Able to thrive in a close, multi-discipline environment and sustain collaborative relationships with functional teams and other assets. Maintains positive and tactful relationships with others.
o Field position reporting to Senior Maintenance & Integrity Manager.

Manage all maintenance team (Instrumentation, electrical and Mechanical sections) to execute safely, precise, high quality and effective maintenance activities for the wide array of operating equipment in Daleel Field to ensure high Availability, Maintainability, Reliability and integrity of Machineries and equipment
