الوصف الوظيفي

o BSc in an Engineering Discipline with 8 years’ experience or  Diploma with 12 years in Mechanical Engineering
o Knowledge and experience in the repair and maintenance various types of oilfield Machineries
o Knowledgeable in equipment spare parts and can read & interpret equipment manuals and drawings to identify parts
o Sufficient skills in utilizing software programs computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
o Excellent knowledge in mechanical troubleshooting skills with good problem solving skills.
o Ability to troubleshoot equipment failures and recommend design changes.
o Ability to coach and mentor new employees
o Competent in Process failure diagnoses and rectification.
o Experienced in Process Hazard Analysis (HIRA)
o Strong Supervision and Staffing capacity.
o Supervisory skill in managing multiple tasks
o Familiar with computer software programs, such as Microsoft
o Competent/good written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with the project Commissioning Team as well Client representatives
o Knowledge of applicable codes and standards
o Field position reporting to Maintenance Team Leader.

Supervise Mechanical maintenance team to execute safely, precise, high quality and effective maintenance activities for the wide array of operating equipment in Daleel Field to ensure high Availability , Maintainability , Reliability and integrity of Machineries and equipment.
