الوصف الوظيفي

• Ensure the company PTW system is fully complied for all jobs.
• Ensue company policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Maintain close communication with superior and complete the targets assigned.
• Monitor the well parameters closely and inform senior operator for any deviation.
• Routine readings of all ESP parameters and well head readings.
• Prepare equipment for maintenance and commission them back after completing the maintenance.
• Directs the daily adjustments to the wells: choke setting, pump settings.
• Reports the problems exceeding the level of expertise without delay.
• Monitor the performance of all wells, downhole readings and well head pressures.
• Report shut in wells immediately and brings back on line immediately.
• Constantly monitor all wells and minimize down time.
• Improve personal performance; participate in regular performance reviews with team leader.
• With other team members, define and achieve team performance targets. Identify ideas for continuous improvement.
• Active participation in safety briefings, JSA & TBT.
• Closely watch all equipment, flow lines and inform any malicious.
• Collect well head samples for analyzing.
• Assist with work over team during work time to expedite the job.
• Work with well head team and maintain good housekeeping of all well sites.
• Assist with fabrication crew during well head hook up and expedite the job.
• Monitoring chemical injection rates and filling chemicals to the tanks.
• Interfaces with:
o DCS Operator
o Drilling & completion operations
o Plant Supervisor

المهارات المطلوبة

• Diploma in Engineering, extra experience years can compensate required qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in oil and gas industry
• Ability to mentor and develop employees
• Ability to communicate with multi-cultures
• Ability to handle multi tasks
• Ability to impact with indirect reporting
• General Knowledge
o Well design & operations
o Well Intervention: Slickline, re-perforating, acid, fracturing, water injection
o Chemical treatment


• H2S Awareness & Escape
• Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus
• Basic Fire Extinguisher
• Basic First Aid
• Defensive Driving
