الوصف الوظيفي

• Preparation of Corporate Budget
• Tracking of expenditures vs budgets
• Support AFE preparations & tracking
• Preparation of expenditure forecasts
• Preparation of monthly cash flow reports and forecasts
• Preparation of management reports & presentations to various stakeholders including CCED Directors, Board, Partners, and Government
• Preparation of external communications (such as formal letters to MOG & JV partners) regarding budgeting and expenditures
• Overseeing the budgeting and cost control functionality in the ERP system
• Development of Financial processes and procedures relating to Budgeting & Cost Tracking

المهارات المطلوبة

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance or related field
• 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting position
• A fundamental understanding of budgeting and cost control principles and processes
• Strong communications skills in English (spoken & written)
• Competence in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Must be highly motivated, organized, and capable of working independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people from various departments and functional groups within the company
• Experience in Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost Control
• Experience in Oil & Gas Operations standards and financial/accounting practices
• Experience in using and/or implementing an ERP system
