الوصف الوظيفي

The position plays a major part in influencing and implementing change in the well integrity arena whilst also having responsibility for management and most importantly improvement of the well integrity status within the asset.

University degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent technical subject A mature individual having +10 years of experience in the oil industry and with some technical professional in operations, well engineering or production technology background. Out of the 10 years of experience, a minimum of 5 years is expected to be on well integrity A technical professional with a Production Technology or Well Engineering/C&WI background with broad oilfield experience and experience of practical change management and leadership skills. Detailed knowledge and understanding of well / completion / wellhead / XT design. Well-site exposure and Operations experience and knowledge are of benefit. Understanding / experience of maintenance management techniques. Exposure to the following areas would be an advantage well integrity maintenance & corrosion control and material selection techniques. Well-developed communication skills; experience in being a strong team player and key contributing member of a multi-disciplinary team.
