Job Description

To manage PDO staff and visitors who are accommodated in Company's residential facilities On & Off camps at Coastal area. To manage planning and execution of all activities related to cleaning services and environmental services in the Industrial and Residential areas. To oversee operation and maintenance of Waste Management Plant To manage execution of all activities related to Catering Services, Waste Management Processes, Garden maintenance and landscaping in Company's residential facilities On and Off camps

Bachelor degree holder with a minimum of 4 years experiences or Diploma (HND) holder with a minimum of 9 years experiences in one of the following disciplines/major in Real Estate (RE) function or Hospitality Industry: o Hospitality Science and/ or Hotel/Catering Management o Business Management Shall have at least 3 years experience in management of Hotel industry, facilities management(soft service), coordinating administrative and support services in a mid-sized business, managing budgets, service contracts, and HSSE services Ability to engage wider base stakeholders and translate needs into specific actions. Demonstrate leadership skills in leading team and manage priorities. Demonstrated one team mindset. Must possess good inter-personal skills and self motivated.
