Job Description

To contribute to the success of project delivery and operations excellence by ensuring that information is produced by engineering projects in line with PDO standards and handed over to operations.

- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Management Informa􀆟on System or equivalent. - Minimum7 years experience in E&P engineering environment. Includes minimum 5 years experience in document and Data management or as an IM Lead with strong knowledge of data and document control processes and systems in major capital projects, and of interface management in the major execution contracts (FEED, EPC, EPCM, etc.). - Experience in managing teams. Challenges : - Managing complex interfaces across organisational and geographic boundaries: the - project team, major execution contractors and suppliers. - Leading consistent approach to IM activity across different projects which may be at - various stages of the ORP. - Educating and guiding project contractors to fulfil their IM contract obligations. - Responding to the requirements of fast moving, rapidly changing and dynamic - environment of projects. - Responding to the impact of standards updates on master information; identifying and - flagging transition needs.
