Job Description

• Coordinating with the teams to ensure on all nonITrequirements are managed professionally;
• Ensure that all systems and processes are in placeforeffective service delivery;
• Ensures that daily, weekly, and monthly statistics,statusreports, and graphical reporting aids are completed and sharedwithInformation Management and Technology  Manager;
• Provides leadership by projecting a positive attitudeandproviding learning incentives to the Team;
• Define roles and responsibilities for each team memberandassociate suitable KPIs with it. 
• Act as a focal point to address any IT issue requirementsinthe field and Rig sites;
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned bytheInformation Management and Technology  Manager;
• Prepares and coordinate all different kind of IT reportsbycollecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Take part in development and execution of disaster recovery planning;
• Conduct organization wide data classification assessmentandsecurity audits and manage remediation plans;
• Lead the planning, design, organization and monitoringofsupport systems, procedures and policies.
• Lead the development and maintenance of theIT’srecords and information systems.
• Manage the IT’s financial administration,budgetmonitoring and use.
• Manage the governing body’s responsibilities forhealthand safety.
• Manage the IT’s contracts with external providersofservices and equipment
• Responsible for sourcing, selecting and implementationofvendor software packages
• Works to ensure that all major operationalactivities,associated quality and integrity is consistent with ITmethodology andbest practices.
• Establish and maintain standards and proceduresforOperational reporting and documentation.
• Keep close contact with key Vendor andEnd-userrepresentatives directly to ensure technologies are providingspecified capabilities
• Gets efforts off the ground, keeps them on track andonbudget, and resolves internal issues
• Leads the effort in creative approaches to problemsolvingand quality deliverables supporting business needs time to time.
• Develop and maintaining documentation of allhardware,systems and software licensing
• Recommendations for improvements and enhancements toexisting systems
• Maintain of all IT equipment warranties, replacementsandupgrades of all hardware and infrastructure
• Plan and budget all aspects of IT environment
• Maintain IT audit compliance
• Coordinate and assist in adherence to all company ITsecuritystandards, practices and requirements
• Keep track of all systems implementation, upgrades and enhancements
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned bytheInformation Management and Technology  Manager;

Skills Required

• BSc Degree preferably in IT.
• 4+ years of working experience in back office and ,preferredin the Oil & Gas sector.
