Job purpose Implement engineering project methodologies to all projects under delegated authority from Digital Delivery N-4 being responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of all Digital initiatives in order to assure timmelly execution and delivery of all projects The position will act in accordance with the Group’s Mission, Vision, Values & Strategies, as well as, policies, guidelines and international standards, supported by an IT Technology platform, HSE standards, Omani’s government & other legal justification’s, and best international practices in consonance with national objectives. |
Main tasks and responsibilities - Support single / multiple project delivery teams
- Collect business requirements from Business Units
- Provide engineering support during the project to identify soulutions and optimize project proceses
- Coordinate with Digital Core team to source experts and deliver on Digital use case initiatives
- Plan and define project scope
- Manage the production of the required deliverable
- Monitor technical progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary
- Build and sustain effective communications with all roles involved in the project
- Support project management lead to maintain the timely delivery of critical projects

Notable Working Conditions. Office environment, intensive computer screen use, sporadic visits to operation site. |
Education requirements | Minimum Qualifications for this position is a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or related disciplines. |
Language | Excellent knowledge of written, read, and spoken English (required) Arabic - Native (desirable) |
