To ensure that all CCED’s hydrocarbon reservoirs are evaluated, and development plans are formulated to exploit the reserves economically, environmentally friendly, safely and in an orderly manner.
• Guiding subsurface teams, setting goals, and aligning subsurface operations with corporate objectives.
• Plan, coordinate and manage all subsurface activities with primary focus on field development, well and reservoir management and hydrocarbon maturation for prudent development and redevelopment.
• Ensure that all discovered hydrocarbon reserves are properly evaluated and plans are formulated to produce the reserves in an orderly manner and on time.
• Developing strategies for field development, production forecasts, and overall field management.
• Ensuring the efficient use of geological data and reservoir simulation tools to assess and optimise the extraction of hydrocarbons.
• Identifying and mitigating subsurface risks, such as reservoir uncertainty and drilling challenges.
• Ensuring that the reservoir models are continuously updated with new data, optimise the production strategy, identify areas that require intervention, and anticipate potential issues like water breakthrough or pressure declines.
• Maximise the value of oil and gas assets through effective management of reservoirs.
• Guide efforts in well and reservoir management during the declining phase, ensuring that the company’s remaining reserves are optimised, and timely decision-making capabilities to help navigate challenges inherent in the declining production environment.
• Efficient management of the remaining hydrocarbon reserves utilising a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage declining production in a cost-effective manner.
المهارات المطلوبة
• Must have a minimum of BS Degree in Petroleum Engineering (preferred) or equivalent with at least 20 years’ experience with an upstream operator.
• Should have broad technical experience in the fundamental areas of Geosciences, Petroleum / Reservoir Engineering and Petrophysics for field development.
• Should have high skills in well and reservoir management
• Should have strong leadership, planning, organizational and communication skills.
•Should have managed multi-cultural and multi discipline team
