الوصف الوظيفي

To maximize economic recovery of CCED fields in Oman that is carried out in an environmentally friendly, safely and in an orderly manner. •To guide, motivate and provide petroleum engineering coaching and mentoring support to young production technologists. •To act as Artificial Lift technical specialists, identify or suggest artificial lift system, carry out detailed ESP or other AL design and optimize its performance. •To work closely with operations, engineering, well engineering, well intervention and other service providers and contractors to enhance and optimize production from existing fields. • To carry out full well modeling (Prosper) with the ability to analyze and identify remediation candidates to improve production. • To develop and execute effective well and reservoir surveillance programs. • To lead and support deployment of technology to improve well & reservoir performance in water flooded fields, tight clastic and fractured carbonate reservoir, and heavy oil. •To enhance injection and production profiles within the well bore to improve water flood recovery through re-completions, selective isolation, and conformance control agents. •To identify, evaluate and recommend well interventions to optimize injection placement and withdrawals. •To identify, evaluate and recommend remedial well work to improve inflow performance through stimulation, additional and/or improved perforations.

المهارات المطلوبة

•Bachelor degree or higher in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent. •Minimum 9 years of experience in Production Technology with an oil and gas operator. •Highly skilled Production Technologist with experience in managing a range of different variety of well intervention activities. •Technically strong in own PE field with good all-around knowledge of other PE disciplines. •Excellent communication skills and ability to contribute as a team player. •Effective coach/mentor and strategic thinker & change agent
