Commissioning of Electrical Surface Equipment for new and existing wells with Artificial Lift Systems such as PCP, Beam Pump, ESP and any other application if required.
Inspect, approve, receive, and sign the documentation that FACILITIES team handover to Operations during Electrical PSSR-B for well locations with different Artificial Lift System (PCP, BP, ESP and any other).
Perform the required internal wiring inside the VFD or any other motor controller and ensure the integration of any field devices, test the connections, and keep them ready before the PSSR-B call.
Perform on site conversion from BP to PCP and vice versa, according to the requirements of the current application.
Perform clear diagnostic and deep troubleshooting services on Surface equipment when required.
Perform on site major VFD unit repairs or any electrical panels reducing the down time of producer wells.
Be able to perform advanced VFD troubleshooting by using interfaces software or perform programming and downloading data for analysis.
Be able to perform advanced Electrical troubleshooting by using special devices, software for analysis and problem solving.
Perform VFD major repairs at workshop.
Perform the required modification and programming on the VFD / Motor Controller according to the application.
Be able to raise MOC’s (Management of Change) related to the operation, if required.
Mentoring and coaching electricians to ensure skills are learned and retained.
Assist the Electrical Lead, mentor Well Electrical Technicians and work with the Planning and Scheduling group to develop maintenance programs through the SAP.
Look after the spare parts inventory related to VFD.
Work with a production team and provide support during wells optimization.
Using LOWIS/NEXUS surveillance systems to monitor the wells and download data if required for analysis.
Meet with vendors to discuss technical issues and ways to solve the problems.
Be able to write technical reports / alerts and present on time to the Supervisor and Electrician Lead.
Be able to troubleshoot and route cause for failures on feeders such as switchgear, LVDB and others.
Follow and enforce safe work policies and procedures in the Mukhaizna field.
