الوصف الوظيفي

• Ensuring Contractors comply with HSEMS as per contract.
• Participating in “Health; Safety & Environment (HSE)” audits for main contracts.
• Liaise with the contract holder in Planning & follow-up of all E&D related contracts.
• Reducing Non Productive Time via ensuring back-up agreements or SPO’s.
• Reduction of operational costs through sourcing out ‘fit-for-purpose’ cheaper alternatives.
• Preparation of Tender Budget and Commercial Model, tender strategies; technical requirements and technical evaluation criteria and Invitation to Bid Documents for all contracts and trials within E&D.
• Evaluation of technical & commercial bids for all above bids.
• Compiling Contract documents and update /maintain all the E&D contract updates (MPP).
• Responsible for initiating and commissioning new contracts.
• Monitoring expenditures under each contract to ensure ACV is not exceeded.
• Monitoring Contract duration to ensure contract utilization is within the contract period.
• To prepare replacement tender at least 8 months before the expiry of each contract.
• Negotiating contracts and agreements particularly for new technology application.
• Validating service invoices and negotiating disputes.
• Conduct site visits to discuss HSE and operational learnings, maintain teamwork environment with field personnel and seek suggestions for improvement (once every quarter).
• Conduct monthly performance meeting for main contractors and quarterly for other contracts.
• Introduce new or alternative technology to the E&D and work out the methodology to make it work in Daleel in budgetary and contractual terms.
• Ensure follow-up and close-out of any actions resulting from Audits, inspections, incidents and maintain auditable evidence (as appropriate).
• Enhance and maintain close relationship with key Contractors within the company (E&D) and ensure a professional atmosphere and common goals are maintained.

المهارات المطلوبة

Minimum Academic Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Petroleum, Mechanical or process Engineering.
Minimum Work experience:
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Petroleum engineering operations with some exposure to contracts and commercial services.
