The successful candidate will be responsible for managing
the delivery of the following, but not limited to activities:
· Apply the
Company’s HSE policies and procedures approved standards and best practices to
ensure the reliability and integrity of instruments and instrument systems.
· Perform testing, loop checking and commissioning of all types and models of Instruments
in wellhead control panels.
· Operate
programmers, calibrators, measuring, and testing devices, hand tools, and
equipment of the trade. Calibrate, align, and test a variety of systems designed to monitor Off-Plot Assets.
· Oversee
maintenance activities carried out by technicians and provide technical support
and mentor for Jr. technicians and trained technicians.
· Interpretation
withdrawing, Codes, Standards, Specification and Customers in-house
specification and carry out redline markup to address changes in As-Built
Drawings.
· Oversee
the use, care, and operation of process control instrumentation, electrical,
and related equipment; recommend and implement new and revised procedures,
systems and equipment.
· Perform
repairing, troubleshooting, installing and maintaining high and low voltage
electrical equipment and related devices including transformers, power panels,
wire ways, light fixtures, receptacles, and disconnect switches.
· Access
and report against tasks within the computerized maintenance management system
(SAP) ensure
that all work history with necessary details and data is entered into the
system.
· Oversee
and participate in installing and maintaining electrical control systems and
instrumentation systems including electronics, programmable controllers,
telemetry, telecommunications, meters, generators, transmitters, hydraulics,
pneumatics and a variety of other systems; inspect installed systems to ensure
proper operation.
· Oversee
and participate in repairing, troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining high
and low voltage electrical equipment and related devices including
transformers, power panels, wire ways, light fixtures, receptacles, and
disconnect switches.
· Establish
and maintain instruments & electrical spares inventory. Estimate time,
materials, and equipment required for operations and projects; coordinate
purchase of required materials.
· Develop
and implement maintenance standard procedures and checklists for all electrical
and instrumentations in the field and validate the documents to address changes
and modification.
· Plan,
coordinate and lead the execution of custody transfer metering prove and
validation tasks with a third party and client (PDO & OGC).
· Prepares
and maintains a variety of records; makes verbal and written reports of work
performed and track deferred maintenance and wavers.
