الوصف الوظيفي

To ensure that all PDO materials are recorded in SAP to enable transparency, visibility and as a result enable usage. To support in ensuring that materials held in PDO premises are fit for use. To support in increasing the customer service levels and reducing inventory holdings. To provide compliance check and reconciliation services for inventory held in warehouses, project surplus, inventory held in squirrel stores and third party stock.

Diploma in Engineering, Operations Management, Quantity Surveying, Economics, Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent. Minimum 6 Years of experience in inventory Management or engineering & maintenance fields specifically for the Oil & Gas industry. A good command of English Spoken & Written. Good knowledge of material specifications, MESC codes & standards, DEP / Company standards, International codes & standards, etc. and warehouse practices. Good knowledge of HSE & handling of hazardous materials. Computer literate with knowledge of ERP system (SAP).
