? Stand in expert (TA2) in wells Hydraulic Fracturing operations and related well lift enhancement and downhole specialty treatment (i.e. Corrosion and Scale squeeze and other technologies in the market) in compliance with Well control SP1213 and CP237.
? Maintain and improve in PDO Hydraulic fracturing, Water Shutoff and chemical displacement and job execution guidelines and ensure stake holders engagement through controlled processes (SOPs) in place. Conduct compliance audits to ensure compliance to PDO technical manual at all levels.
? Latest with market development and technologies in the Hydraulic Fracturing area. Evaluate, introduce, and drive new technology deployment and associated management of change.
? Ensure chemical risks management in liaise with service companies and drive field trials and Management of Change for new chemicals introductions.
? Provide concept selection and optimization advise on chemical design formulation, additives, volume quantification, pumping rates to meet design simulation and effective displacement while ensuring all well controls both in operational and process safety domains.
? Control chemical stimulation design quality and cost through chemical formulation, execution, and offsetting through minimizing well interventions, deferment, and sustenance of injectivity/production profile.
? Establish technical specifications, chemical selection guidelines and drive tender evaluations to support Contract Holder in chemicals formulations and overall operational contracts with service providers. This may involve close monitoring and developing inhouse technical capabilities for QA/QC of formulations chemicals.
? Participate and support in all PDO wells interventions activities (production/injection enhancement) for technical decision requirements for all attributes: pre review, strategy, clarification, and technical evaluation.
? Lead and contribute to all deliverables for field projects, GtP in Wells treatments for injectivity/production profile correction, lift enhancement and pull support from subsurface, surface production chemistry and Asset teams. Drive and support ongoing and Upcoming projects for Hydraulic Fracturing in Production Chemistry as well as in Well Engineering discipline. Ensure all Process Safety, Operational and Chemical threats are simulated, modeled, and corresponding production chemistry barriers e.g. monitoring, surveillance, KPIs, chemical and operational solutions, compatibility checks, chemical availability are ensured.
? Track treatment jobs success rate in PDO tools and investigate poor or failed jobs due to design formulations, placement, displacement, compatibility, integrity, or those with detrimental impact on deferment, intervention, souring and loss of injectivity/productivity compliance. Ensure reports of investigation are updated in the integrated tool, learnings are documented and cascaded to all Production Chemistry staff as well as to relevant area asset. Identify improvement projects and drive market studies for possible and effective solutions to improve PDO treatment and technology deployment success rate.
