The Warehouseman will be responsible for control of goods & materials received in Oman North. The Warehouseman will receive & issue materials and to ensure company receipt/dispatch procedures are adhered to. Further, he should maintains good housekeeping in storage areas and ensures materials and products are stored in an organized and safe manner.
The Warehouseman responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Assist the warehouseman lead in checking & receipt of newly arrived material is in compliance with purchase order (PO) details.
Conduct visual inspection of all warehouse materials.
Ensure all materials are stored properly and ready for use.
Check incoming shipments for any signs of damage or discrepancies.
Assist in the material inventory control to assure physical quantity matches system values.
Pick materials based upon demand requests.
Prepare & load material for transport to work site.
Coordinate with respective departments in receiving and issuing materials.
Assist in unpacking and inspection of incoming materials.
Draw materials from shelves for reservation as required in bill of materials.
Comply with occidental polices code of business ethics.
Comply with company safety, environment and health rules and regulations.
Actively participate with toolbox meetings.
Report all accidents, incidents and near misses.
Loading and unloading truck and other vehicles.
Maintaining and servicing warehouse tool, machinery and trucks.
Removing hazardous products from the warehouse.
Follow up with Warehouse Lead and Expeditors on materials with NCRs.

College Diploma in Business or any related discipline.
Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above,
priority will be given to the highest GPA in the selection process.
Must be a fresh graduate, job seeker or working in a non-permanent position.
Must have not held any permanent jobs before.
Must be graduated on the date of application.
Good in communication and interpersonal skills.
Good in PC skills.
Willingness to learn.
