الوصف الوظيفي

• Work with Company Systems (AVOSET and OFM) to review production data received from the fields. Investigate anomalies and ensure the accuracy and validity of data.
• Verify integrity of base data supplied from measurement systems prior to its use in the Hydrocarbon Accounting system.
• Perform data validation on the Hydrocarbon Accounting system outputs including Well Allocation, Field Allocation and Station Allocation.
• Provide suggestions and improvements to allocation and reporting procedures.
• Interface with chemistry laboratory and incorporate validated sample analysis results into the allocation process.
• Timely preparation (including resolution of any discrepancies) of production reports capturing correctly the results of the allocation procedures.
• Maintain compliance with Production Loss/Deferment Management Process and Loss/Deferment Categorisation ensuring accurate and comprehensive Production Loss database maintained.
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure representative well tests are being used for the allocation. Advise when a new well test may be required.
• Monitor, allocate and prepare appropriate internal/external reports for products associated with hydrocarbon production.
• Identify through reporting short/medium term opportunities for Production Optimisation.
• Perform production analysis, and optimize production under surface and reservoir constraints with liaison with WRM teams.
• Perform material balance (MB), pressure transient analysis (PTA) and rate transient analysis (RTA) studies.
• Build IPR based on well productivity, determine operating point base on tubing performance curve.
• Generate model inputs necessary for reservoir simulation such as VLP curve, surface or bottom hole pressure constraints.
• Perform nodal analysis, tubing lift calculations, tubing lift evaluation.
• Design, analyse and optimize artificial lift systems including but not limited to ESP, rod lift, jet pump etc.

المهارات المطلوبة

• BS degree in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Hydrocarbon Accounting with an oil operator.
• Skilled with AVOCET and OFM systems
• High level of computer literacy. Competent with good problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to contribute as a team player.
• Fluency in written and spoken use of the English language is required
