الوصف الوظيفي

- Represent the Subject matter expert ( technical authority TA2) for Behaveour Based Safety (H&M) across the whole company. Sets and maintains the minimum standard for H&M process and tools in the Company - Develop and coordinates (Hearts and Minds) training across the Company Provide seasoned professional advice and coaching to senior Line management and line staff both in PDO and its contractors in building a stronger HSE Culture with the Hearts and Minds (H&M) strategy. Impart consultation on Hearts and Minds tools and drive their implementation with a “bottoms up” approach. Provide focus to PDO on Personal responsibility, Individual Consequences and Proactive Interventions. - Provide Contract Holder ship to all PPE Contracts

- BSc or MSc degree in Engineering or Humanity fields. Be a good communicator. Some background knowledge in Human Sciences and Human Factors will be an advantage or other related discipline in combination - A minimum of 7 years experience in an Oil and Gas Company of which a minimum of three years experience in providing HSE advice in an Oil and Gas Company,
