Assist with, and contribute to the efficient management of data and information related to petroleum engineering (Geological data, Drilling data, Seismic data and Petrophysical) by working with asset teams to ensure that data/information is complete, quality assured and are secured properly into appropriate systems/databases.

University degree in Petroleum Engineering, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer or Earth Science or equivalent technical subject
Minimum of 3 years EP experience with the majority spent in data management.
Knowledge in subsurface data management and change management.
Satisfy JG 7 Data Management Data Practioner JCP
Principle Accountabilities:
HSE:
Attends all departmental HSE campaigns.
Contribute to improve HSE performance.
Foster work-life balance mindset by minimizing overtime through good planning.
Deliver Operations and Monitor Assurance:
Ability to deal with data and information related to petroleum engineering (Geological data, drilling data, seismic data, Petrophysical data).
Ability to handle various databases used in petroleum engineering (RegeoNT, Recall, Openwork).
Good knowledge in using Petroleum Engineering software (Petrel, Techlog).
Manage and follow up various types of data and information through the establishment of a data management system that complies with the requirements of the end user.
Managing the transmission of information and data between various data bases, Applications used in petroleum engineering, and insure the synchronization between these data.
Ability to use tools to connect different databases, and different applications (Open spirit).
Create, Monitor and Manage the reference project for the different geological models, and work to update the data in it commensurate with the availability of data resulting from new exploration and development operations.
Create and Control permeation access to the corporate model folder for the end user.
Able to work in Linux Environment, Script running for data analysis, and to collect data statistics.
Addressing the data anomalies within data management and report it to relevant teams or Asset.
The ability to deal with seismic data and how to provide it with the appropriate format for the use of petroleum engineer in generating static model.
Writing SOP to explain the workflow of the different process in managing the procedures of petroleum engineering models (Static & Dynamic).
Collaborate with Petroleum Engineer to determine models within corporate storage drives.
Communicate and follow up with end user to insure the data availability, data quality, and proper permission.
Present weekly report about Different Models Drives and the Update in Petrel Reference Project.
