الوصف الوظيفي
• Safe execution, and effective risk management
• All aspects of Project Management, including planning, Stage Gate approvals (including Project Initiation Note, Project Execution Plan) etc.
• Project Execution strategy, and resource requirements
• Effective management of contractor resources
• Resource planning and effective multidisciplinary coordination, especially contracting and procurement requirements
• Successful & effective project management, implementation and handover within specified schedule.
• Effective and documented management of change
• Strong and effective budget planning, monitoring and reporting
• Delivering project quality including to relevant regulatory requirements
• Expedient co-ordination and completion of the assigned projects as per schedule and within the set budget
• Scheduling projects, prepare cost estimates, monitor & control the Project, and summarizing progress of the project.
• Responsible for budget controls, expenditure tracking e including VOWD
• Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
• Manage and responsible for more than four projects at a time
• Efficient project close out including as-building and complete records
• Weekly and monthly progress reporting•
المهارات المطلوبة
• Min Qualification: Engineering Degree
• Minimum 12 years relevant working experience in projects management within an oil & gas company, with at least 6 years a project engineer.
• Skills and Experience:
Proven Safety Leadership, HAZOP, Risk management, Pre-start-up auditing, Commissioning, Management of Change, Budgets, Project Management (including planning, scheduling, procurement, contracting strategies, contract management etc.), Quality Assurance, Communications and Stakeholder engagement
