الوصف الوظيفي

• Provide time and accurate log analysis and petrophysical evaluations for all CCED exploration, appraisal and development wells.
• Contribute in the well completion meetings and insure all final Petrophysical report and evaluation is been generated and reviewed for all new wells.
• Provide petrophysical input for the development of carbonate and clastic 3D Static and Dynamic Reservoir Models.
• Collaborate and support the Subsurface Department in assessment of all carbonate and clastic fields.
• Help and support Subsurface Department in the well and Reservoir Management by interpreting the Production logs like RST, PLT & CBL .. etc.
• Identify and recommend petrophysical studies which may enhance the value of any of CCED’s fields.
• Coach and support Junior Petrophysicists.

المهارات المطلوبة

• Degree(s): BSc in Geology, Physics, Geophysics or Petroleum Engineering. MSc in Geology, Geophysics or Petroleum Engineering is preferred.
• Years of Experience: > 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Technical Experience: Petrophysicist with extensive experience in field appraisal and development programs. Expertise in Open and cased hole log analysis of clastic and carbonate reservoirs.
• Work Experience: Petrophysical interpretation experience in the Middle East and/or North Africa is essential.
• Professional Skills: Stable, mature, organized and able to handle multiple projects effectively. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Effective communication skills are essential.
• IT Skills & Expertise Requirements: High level of IT skills and expertise, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Composite well log software and data management software. Expertise in log analysis software, such as Techlog is essential. Experience in geological workstation software (Petrel, Landmark, etc.).
• Language Skills Requirements: Proficiency in written and spoken English.
