- Perform Daily continuous well surveillance using LOWIS to identify changes in well behavior and raise optimization/ improvement actions or cause of change to maintain optimum production from the Integrated Production System with minimum deferment. Highlight tripped wells for startup by operations. - Responsible for the operation of Beam ESP Wells and also for ensuring that both surface and sub-surface equipment is properly maintained to reduce deferment /failures. - Responsible for 1st Line troubleshooting in the prevention of outages associated with the Well equipment. - Responsible for holding daily meeting with the operations, Subsurface and hydrocarbon accounting highlighting issues and optimization opportunities. - Attend daily operations meetings with operations (integrate subsurface / surface optimization opportunities). - Monitor well production and water injection performance, flaring vs plans, advise senior hydrocarbon Engineer if injection capacity changes or issue with metering. - Monitor ESP performance using LOWIS and advice senior hydrocarbon Engineer and PT if motor is failing, well is unstable, upsizing or downsizing on the ESP is required. - Follow up Hoist 7 days plan and ensure WPH in the correct prioritized sequence. - Work with operations technicians on daily activities, report tripped wells, also well services/ CSR bringing wells on stream and application engineer for trouble shooting issues . - Complete weekly failure and optmisation reports and input to Artificial Lift (ESP) databases, including monthly count of wells per field (running), breakdown, trip times, and awaiting intervention. Analyze results to determine any trends for ESP wells. - Check trip reasons, deferment codes and timing (including ramp up / low deferment on ESP wells) and deferment tracking are correct in EC. - Responsible for entering and validate (confirmed accurate / representative) production information /well test and integrity data in Energy Components (EC), ensure wells tested as per plan. - Define routine requirements / sampling in conjunction with PT. - Attend with Operations/well services the kick off / open up / commissioning of wells following the issued program, also failure interventions (pulling/ running equipment / tear downs) for ESP wells, to minimize deferment. - Interface with CSR / Application engineer as required for ESP to ensure correct commissioning and handover of wells. - Assist Well Integrity monitoring, investigation and maintenance is completed as per code of practice &' Well Failure Model and capture in the database an monitor APM (Annulus pressure monitoring), follow up and data entry into EC. - Follow up after hoist optimization and track the Well for next optimization. - Monitor stock levels (new and pulled equipment) and availability of equipment. (Surface/sub-surface) - Assist on New Wells &' Worked over Wells Troubleshooting/Installation &' Commissioning - Maintain required competencies in Process Safety management. - Ensure to Work safely and think proactively about personal safety and safety of others at work - Actively participate in, contribute to, and promote company occupational health, safety, security and environment culture. - Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the Company HSE and Security policies and procedures and meet company HSE goals and targets, and participate in HSE programs.
المهارات المطلوبة
- BSc Engineering degree, HND or equivalent in relevant Engineering discipline. - Minimum 6 years&rsquo' field experience. - Knowledge of production operations, artificial lift techniques, well testing, LOWIS, EC. - Should be aware of HSE and process safety requirements and hazardous areas. - Computer literate, good communicator and organizer.
