الوصف الوظيفي

• Support the Admin team in day to day administrative work.
• focal point for procuring materials and stuff required for CCED HQ building
• Preparation of PRs for the admin invoices in Ax system.
• Distributing incoming letters from post office.
• Monitoring daily incoming faxes
• Filing letters / Faxes
• Helping Admin in all day-today company event when required.
• Provide labels for personal files and organizing and filing documents as and when required.
• Maintain an internal telephone list (ext., mobile and direct nos.) and updating on a continuous basis.
• Provide assistant & support to the HR & Admin team in all actives work related to office supplies, PRO work & office maintenance when required.
• Support the receptionist duties when needed

المهارات المطلوبة

• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent with 2 years of experience or bachelor’s in business administration or equivalent with relevant knowledge.
• Good communication & Interpersonal skills.
• English Skills
• Microsoft office skills.
• Good reporting skills.
• Ability to plan and develop useful administrative processes.
