الوصف الوظيفي

Responsible for managing the Knowledge change management and communication efforts within Central Project Delivery(CPD) and acting very much as the Change or transformation `catalyst`. Will play a key role in helping to communicate the Central Project Delivery Knowledge Management initiatives business objectives and support the Corporate Knowledge Management Programme with a focus on the people side of change including changes to business processes, technology and ways of working. The primary focus will be implementing the communications plan and developing a change management plan that can help to support Knowledge Management performance improvements. Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relations and communication channels with internal/external organizations.

- A Degree Prefferable in Knowledge Management or Equivalent. - Minimum of 7 years experience in HR,Engineering and IT - A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with ADKAR(Awareness Desire Knowledge Ability Reinforcement) is a plus. - Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle. - Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. - Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization. - Excellent active listening skills. - Problem solving and root cause identification skills. - Strong analytic, facilitation and decision making abilities. - Must be a team player and able to work with and through others. - Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. - Experience with large-scale organizational change effort. - Knowledge across the PDO Business. Has in-depth knowledge of one of PDO's business. - Strong stakeholder ,Human Resource management experience and skills. - Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and Computer literacy - Very good computer skills especially with the data base systems
