To plan, prepare materials, deliver and monitor training of Omani Technicians in Mechanical Maintenance for PDO Operations as well as instructing Under Pining Knowledge (UPK), Process Safety management (PSM) & Corporate Short Technical (CTSC) courses.

a) Full knowledge and practical ability in Mechanical Maintenance over the whole range of oil/gas industry equipment, as identified in the TOP Program Mechanical syllabus. b) Degree in Mechanical Engineering. c) Minimum of 4 years post-training industrial experience of Instrumentation Maintenance in the Oil (or other relevant) Process Industry. d) Ability to plan and deliver outcomes-based training events; write effective training materials for group delivery or individual self access; appropriate and effective delivery of training and assessment of learning. e) Hold, or be working towards “Standards-based Assessor Qualifications” (eg D32/33). f) Minimum of 4 years experience as a Technical Trainer, including experience of writing training materials.
