الوصف الوظيفي

- Responsible for ensuring strict compliance with all approved HSE procedures and practices to afford protection to life, property and the environment. - The Field Operator shall be competent in all Standard and Emergency Operations Procedures - Develop an understanding of all operational procedures and practices through on-the-job training and job rotation to ensure readiness and capability to effectively assume the operator role. - Responsible for the Operations of all Field Equipment Operate field equipment in accordance with operating procedures and approved safety procedures to ensure effective process flows and optimum operational status of equipment. - Accountable for the Monitoring and Logging all operating parameters ensuring that all irregularities are reported to immediate supervisor for advice and/or resolution. - Responsible for Prepare field equipment in allocated work area for maintenance activities, follow up execution, decommission and commission equipment upon satisfactory completion of work. - Responsible for Complete regular work activity reports in order that the supervisor is apprised of real-time work progress. - Responsible to provide immediate first-line response capability in the event of emergencies or major incidents in order to eliminate or limit potential loss or damage to Company personnel, assets or the environment. - The Operator is responsible to ensure a good Shift Handover ensuring that incoming shift operator is fully briefed of current operating status and significant events during previous shift to ensure seamless hand-over of responsibilities. - Responsible for performing First Line Maintenance Activities as per the COMPANY's Maintenance Plans.

المهارات المطلوبة

- Technical Diploma graduate with 7 to 10 years' overall experience of which 3 to 5 years' minimum should be in relevant operator experience in the oil and gas sector. - Good team working &' Communication skills &mdash'spoken and written English. - Self-motivated, receptive to change and capable of working effectively within a team environment. - Be able to add value by being innovative and challenging existing systems. - Ability to work in a diverse culture. - Should be able to work at site in generally harsh climatic conditions.
