الوصف الوظيفي
1. Build, manage, and troubleshoot all Daleel’s servers infrastructure. 2. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups. 3. Provide periodic system status reports to department management based on daily systems operations. 4. In coordination with the IT Security team, conduct periodic security reviews of all remote access systems and portals. 5. Respond, action and resolve requests / faults logged both internally and externally 6. Responsible to troubleshoot and install operating systems including Microsoft Windows, Unix and Linux, networking and software 7. Perform and manage regular backups of systems and data. And backup integrity by performing regular restoration 8. Maintain accountability for assigned Daleel and/or vendor equipment. 9. Continuously manage Daleel’s remote access requirements to ensure that the IT Department can consistently provide optimum services to the users. 10. Perform level 2 and 3 support functions for all infrastructure and systems issues. 11. Communicate with vendors or solution providers for any installation, configuration and technical support issues. 12. Establish, maintain and enforce IT policies and procedures relevant to operating systems, applications and systems usage 13. Provide support to all IT systems and applications users. 14. Monitor and manage IT resources in terms of performance, security and capacity and report and document trends and findings. 15. Review the technical proposal and present findings to project team 16. Maintain and monitor all servers and computer systems to meet the Daleel's current and future requirements. 17. Responsible for management, maintenance and architecture of storage, virtualized environment, servers and productivity tools 18. Monitor systems and identify performance issues proactively 19. Work within strict time frames and elevate incidents within defined timeframes 20. Monitors service delivery compliance to budget, quality standards and customer and business stakeholder requirements 21. Cater to doing infrastructure coordination related to design and setup activities at different stages of a project 22. Resolve issues and prepare status reviews and reports 23. Professionally represent the infrastructure team as a technical consultant on projects. 24. Maintain the necessary project plans and documentation of all system builds and modifications 25. Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures 26. Maintain a good working knowledge of current infrastructure and future trends 27. Perform and maintain Data Center operation performance and related equipment functionality related but not limited UPS, HVAC, etc. 28. Foster operational excellence through streamlined IT processes, standardization and automation 29. Adhere to the company Quality, Health Safety and Environment (QHSE) policies and procedures. 30. Participate in all HSE Programs as and when called for 31. Ensure that company HSE Policies and Procedures are followed 32. Ensure that safety is maintained in office and workplaces
المهارات المطلوبة
Minimum Academic Qualifications: 2. BSc Degree in IT 3. Systems technical certification in Linux, Microsoft, Virtualization and Storage. Minimum Work experience: 1. 4-6 years of proven experience in maintaining IT System, Delivery and Operations, preferred in the Oil & Gas sector.
