الوصف الوظيفي
• Responsible for the Maintenance & Repair of equipment supporting 10,000 bbl/day production.
• Responsible for the respective field operations of preparation and execution of Permit to Work programs, preparation of Job Cards including Job Safety Assessment, Permit to Work and the relevant procedures,
• Responsible for utilizing the required SOP, technically review the updates of specific SOP, & Ensure that all HSE policies are implemented and followed.
• Responsible for the planning, execute & perform analysis of maintenance programs, Responsible for the daily repairs to the field, Responsible for planning and communicate the daily programs & activities in the respective field, & preparing and submitting reports that are clear, concise, and focus on root cause analysis.
• Coordinate & monitor the maintenance and repair requirements, Asset Integrity of the field equipment, pipelines, and safety systems, Alarm Management, & Experienced and capable of contractor management.
• Leadership role model for production operations personnel with a focus on maintenance personnel, set a powerful integrity, ethics and professionalism in staff, Set the standards for professional excellence, & Coach, mentor and train the workforce that is reporting to this position.
• Experienced in supervising and appraising personnel, Responsible for the development of Omani workforce’s technical skills and advancement of Omani employees through mentoring, coaching and competency assessment, Identify the required development of the personnel and
recommend technical training & perform annual appraisals and development plans for the respective field personnel.
المهارات المطلوبة
• Degree in Engineering, extra experience years can compensate required qualification.
• 10-15 years of experience in a similar position in oil & gas.
• Technical Strength in Rotating Equipment (Mechanical).
• Ability to write, read, and speak in English. The required fluency level is the ability to write a technical report, draft Standard Operating procedures, and write general reports.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, Maintenance planning and execution, & Process safety programs such as Asset integrity, Alarm Management, Contractor Management.
• Acceptable understanding of processing equipment & systems including separators, heater treaters, water injection systems, export systems, rotating equipment, diesel generators, and b-fuel/gas generators.
• Acceptable knowledge in Instrumentation and electrical systems, B-fuel power generation, Metering systems, DCS systems, Pipeline pigging operations, & Industry standards and practices.
• Experience in a prioritized maintenance program, Budget, and schedule management.
• Have proven management skills with the ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment with demonstrable experience of performing in a low-cost environment are essential. The role requires:
• Strong Communication, influencing and leadership skills to driving continual improvement and engage with numerous different nationalities.
