To centralize complex HR projects that require integration and collaboration across PD. For 2021-2024 the specific purpose is to provide project management leadership for Success Factors Implementation of remaining modules.Second purpose is to provide Project Management support and coordination for all projects in PD, whilst leaving project management accountability to department managers
• Degree in HR, Technical or Business• 8+ years work experience in HR or alternatively in project management and automation
• Deliver a consistent and high quality standard of Success Factor implementation per modules• Balancing speed of implementation with proper consultation and change managements• Assure data integration and avoid duplication of roles during and post go life• Better utilizing the recourses and budget for projects• Assure having effective change management and optimize the time for roll outs• Act as PD’s interface with Vendor and IT Project manager• Provide light touch coordination and support to project managers of other projects in PD to increase quality of project management and improve integration
