To deliver Multimedia services and support of major meeting rooms around PDO. Facilitate VIPs with Multimedia facilities for live broadcast, MD talk to staff and produce YouTube clips.
• Higher Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience within one or more core IT disciplines• Skilled in multimedia, broadcasting systems, audio, video and YOUTUBE for VIP.• Kowldge in IT infstracture, change management, service desk and system engineering.
• Setting and Supporting company live broadcasts. • Manage the facilities in major meeting rooms and assist support of medium and small meeting rooms.• Administer use of facilities in major meeting rooms and educate end user how to handle facilities and usage. • Support major projects within business in supplying with standard meeting room’s facilities plus setting up services within project area as needed by team.• Analyse facilities required for major meeting rooms and implement new technology & Service performance and facilitate the implementation of service improvements• Evaluate none standard meeting room’s facilities and introduce new facilities if found meeting PDO standard. • Manage and supervise vendor & contract staff in maintaining meeting room’s facilities.• Monitor Plan the work of contract assigned in the support of meeting room’s facilities. • Manage timely deployment of new technologies to meet business requirements in line with Group standards
