Apply Process Control Domain (PCD) cybersecurity assurance plan in PDO assets, operationalize and implement cybersecurity controls for Automation systems including RTO in accordance with relevant standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering [ Electronics/ Telecom] or Computer Science • Must have at least 10 years Oil & Gas industry experience relevant to Process Automation Systems industry work experience covering the main aspects of the Control & Automation discipline.• Shall have at least 5-8 years’ experience mix of in-depth technical support and combined and working knowledge of Process Control Domain (PCD) IT security service management/delivery capacity (e.g., assessment, audit, compliance, vulnerability testing and security implementation in the Oil and Gas or similar Industry.• Experience in reviewing and developing engineering standards documents (Policy, Code of Practice, Procedures, Guidelines and Specifications) related to security.
• Responsible for managing the Process Control Domain (PCD) compliance program by defining the goals and objectives, following up non-compliance findings from respective Risk/Control Owners and ensuring compliance as per defined targets or required controls specified in the Process Control Domain (PCD) Cyber Security Management System (CSMS) Specifications to ensure compliance. • Responsible for coordinating, planning and implementation for overall recovery of Process Control Domain (PCD) assets as per the defined BCM program.• Responsible for Identify, managing and reporting on identified metrics for all capabilities defined within Process Control Domain (PCD)Cyber Security Management System (CSMS) and to perform / report on compliance activities.• Responsible for end-to-end management of backup solution and backup activities involving planning, implementing, managing, and restoring backup as well as reporting. • Responsible to ensure that all applicable specifications and procedures that are part of PCD Cyber Security Management System (CSMS) are managed, implemented, and adhered within PCD environment through a close partnership with relevant PCD team members (i.e., both internal and external Service Owners/Providers) via OLA or service contracts to effectively and efficiently secure PCD Assets.• Responsible to ensure that all applicable specifications and procedures that are part of PCD Cyber Security Management System (CSMS) are implemented, managed, and adhered within PCD environment by relevant PCD team members in an effective and efficient manner.• Responsible to provide cross-functional visibility to all changes, to assist the change management team in the assessment and prioritization of change control, and to ultimately approve or deny changes.• Responsible for technical review as well as approval of all the patch for its applicability, impact and criticality within PCD.
