• Supervising maintenance activities related to all static equipment executed within the respective designated areas and ensures all processes, utilities and associated plants are operated safely, efficiently and with the highest degree of reliability.• Implement maintenance and inspection strategies for static equipment in designated area to maintain asset integrity at lowest lifecycle cost• Provide static equipment inspection services throughout the designated PDO areas of operation to ensure all process, utility and associated plants operate safely, efficiently & reliably. The scope to include Tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, on plot pipework, flow lines, relief valves and lifting equipment. • Responsible for planning the inspection activity, carrying out inspections (as per international standards), evaluate extent of any damage & its rates, determine corrective actions so that equipment integrity is maintained with optimum expenditure. Ensure quality data in CIMS and utilize its full functionality. • Responsible for scheduling of inspections in SAP with full compliance with SAP KPI’s.• Implement and execute remedial action to restore technical integrity. Keep up to date record of deficiencies and track corrective actions.
• Bachelor’s degree in in Mechanical with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the maintenance and inspection of surface facilities in the oil and gas industry• Good knowledge of HSSE and thorough understanding of risk management especially in technical integrity, hydrocarbon production operations integrity and processes• Certified with API 510, API 653, API 570 with NDE Level II in Basic for NDT techniques (DPI, MUT, MPI & RT)Comprehensive technical engineering skills of inspection and maintenance and integrity management systems specially and materials/ corrosion engineering.
• Supervise cluster’s maintenance resources and activities on a day to day basis according to the Field/Area 14 day activity plan. • Supervision of the operation inspection contractor and management of activities carried out under the inspection services contract and miscellaneous specialist inspection contracts (eg. automated MFL and long range ultrasonic). Responsible for executing the inspection programmes and determining corrective actions in the assigned area.
