الوصف الوظيفي

• Adhere to all HSE standards and specification. • Actively lead and promote a positive safety culture. • Lead a team of multi-discipline engineers and technical authorities. • Own CCED’s Asset Integrity & Process Safety Management (AIPSM) Framework. • Own, refresh, maintain and steward CCED’s Engineering Standards and Procedures, and extend them to cater for large value EPC style projects. • Drive Technical Assurance in the design and throughout engineering development. • Enhance CCED technical assurance processes, including authorisation of deviations to engineering standards. • Develop and sustain a value engineering approach to optimise to all technical advice, standards, and procedures. • Build a coherent Engineering capability to provide timely support and challenge Operations, Maintenance & Projects. • Manage the day-to-day interface with all functions including Operations, Maintenance and Projects. • Act as Contract Holder for Engineering Design Contracts • Provide governance over engineering design activities and effectively manage interdepartmental interfaces to achieve project cohesion

المهارات المطلوبة

• Track record of delivering and owning projects end to end, • Proven track record in Engineering Management with direct experience as a Engineering Manager • Extensive experience in managing multi-disciplines engineering department in an oil and gas Operators. • Experience in developing standards and procedures. • Expertise in agile development and agile mindset. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Bachelor’s degree in any of the main Engineering branches. • Minimum 20 years’ experience in Oil and Gas related engineering design, Project Management, and hands on engineering. • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil and Gas project delivery as an Engineering manager. • Demonstrated ability to deliver safely large projects, specifically engineering packages (FEED development, detail engineering, facilities design, specification, construction) • Evidential ‘hands on’ project management of oil and gas upstream projects including cost control /planning.
