? Minimum Bachelor level degree in Production Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/ disciplines? More than 15 years of relevant discipline and oil and gas industry experience which demonstrates high level of technical competency production Chemistry Discipline.? Experienced & effective coach/mentor? Effective communicator
? Establish, review and update Production Chemistry Competence Base Development CBD (GU1037) document as well as Production Chemistry competence Development framework (GU942) and latest with all Process Safety (AIPSM), core and non-core competence requirements. ? Establish, review and update PC Graduate Development Program and Advance Technical Program in alignment with Petroleum Engineering Directorate.? Execute Production Chemistry ATP and GDP Program with staff, line supervisor and Team Leads.? Specify and drive annual staff development targets as per People Development strategy goals of Production Chemistry.? On-board young PC’s direct hire from Market to track their gaps and support in their development journey in PDO. ? Provide consultation to young PCs in their operational challenges. ? Manage and keep latest SuccessFactors with Production Chemistry roles and competence elements mapping and provide technical support in process follow-up.? Identify gaps and opportunities in PC standards/SOPs during staff development and tracking progress and build a strategy to close those gaps. This include Process safety, Technical decision trees, and Technical manuals. ? Deliver and coordinate Technical Trainings to Production Chemistry staff.
