•    Maintain lifecycle hydrocarbon maturation strategy and plan for future development that include identification and maturation of CR opportunities,
•    Reserves estimation and reporting (ARPR)
•    Provide input to annual programme build; update/ propose projects for your respective fields that includes production forecast (oil/water/gas), wells, capex including engagement with management / shareholders for approval / support.
•    To optimize production from existing wells and reservoirs by carrying out well/pattern/sector and reservoir reviews
•    To carry out day to day well and reservoir performance monitoring and design data acquisition strategy.
•    Interpret reservoir surveillance data acquired (pressure transient tests, PVT, Production logging survey etc).
•    Liaise with Field Development centre for studies related to your fields.
•    Mentoring & coaching junior engineers / graduates
This will be done in accordance with PDO Corporate objectives, guidelines, and required behaviors, and consistent with HSE principles Dimensions
