?Stand in expert in modeling, prediction, simulation, identification and chemical applications with identified role as TA2 in the area of solid deposition and flow assurance. Plan and execute solid mitigation strategies.
?Latest with market development and technologies in the subject area. Evaluate, introduce, and drive new technology deployment and associated management of change.
?Provide concept selection (Ensure chemical compatibility assessments for new application or change of products, evaluation of chemical performance at extreme operating conditions), study and project support advise on solid mitigation options both chemicals and operational means and for surface and downhole locations as Technical Authorities and keep tracking that all deliverables are submitted part of Projects requirement.
?Lead and contribute to all DCAF & DEPs deliverables for Projects in flow assurance, solid mitigation and associated deferment controls. Pull the support from UIKP, UIKW, UIKC and UIKL team. Ensure all Process Safety, Operational and Chemical threats are simulated, modeled, and corresponding production chemistry barriers e.g. monitoring, surveillance, KPIs, chemical and operational solutions, compatibility checks, chemical availability are ensured, as well as those associated with NORM handling and disposal of solid wastes.
?Control chemical consumption matrix (CCMs) and chemical efficiencies across PDO for hydrate-, halite-, scale-, wax-, asphaltenes-, schmoo-inhibitors/dispersant/dissolvers. Drive gap to potential in flow assurance management and contribute to Program Build in specialized area of work.
?Ensure chemical stewardship both in term of availability, surveillance, KPIs and optimization.
?Technical expert of fluid evaluation in different operating conditions, early stage to end of reservoir life.
?Establish technical specifications, chemical selection guidelines and drive tender evaluations to support Contract Holder in subject chemicals specialties. This may involve developing inhouse technical capabilities and specify service level agreements for treatment KPIs.
?Maintain technical specifications and endorse CTPGs, testing protocol and logistic guidelines, DEPs mandate, RAMs, SOPs in the area of solids mitigation specifications and maintain efficiency in the Production Chemistry services to the Asset.
?Ensure compliance to AMS and integration of Production Chemistry solid mitigation and solid controls services to corporate AMS drive.
?Participate and lead in chemicals related audits, health checks, technical reviews, investigations, and peer assists as well as support in L2 audits for production chemistry governance documents.
?Set plans and conduct L3 Audits to ensure governance in place as well as lead and drive gap closures related to solid identification, mitigation, removal, and disposal treatments.
