System and Methods Lead is accountable to lead the Continuous Process Improvement initiatives for the Finance Directorate by taking responsibility for the complete solution lifecycle from developing strategy, identifying and prioritizing opportunities, evaluating business processes, translating business requirements into system and process requirements, developing and implementing solutions, project and change management , knowledge sharing with Finance employees, monitoring new processes, while ensuring compliance with the recommendations from audit and other reviews.
System and Methods lead maintains a close liaison with Finance Function (FFM) leadership team, PMO team and others in supporting them delivery of world-class finance function. This role also supports managing Business Plan, Continuous Improvement and other adhoc initiatives as suggested by Finance Operation Excellence Manager. This role require a strategic mindset with ability to translate and operationalize strategic objectives.

Bachelors' degree in a finance, commercial or IT disciplines such as Accounting, Economics, Information Systems or related fields. Preferably with a professional accounting certification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA) or MBA
Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in managing business change and communication and strategic change initiatives
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations and manage multiple projects
Ability to work with people from various work streams cutting across functional boundaries and solicit partnership
Strategic mindset with a focus on operationalization of strategic goals
Strong verbal, written, presentation & communication skills
Deep understanding of Lean/ Project Management Principles and their application in Finance.
