الوصف الوظيفي

Communication and change management lead is accountable for developing and leading change management strategy/approach across a portfolio of strategic projects across finance directorate. Finance Directorate vision 2020 journey towards world class has triggered significant changes across finance directorate and this role will be required to work closely with all stakeholders including senior managers and business partners. This is to ensure that our organizational approach to communication and change management is dynamic, efficient, all-inclusive and sustainable. The Communication and Change Management Lead creates and executes communication and change management strategies and directs work streams that maximize employee change readiness for a variety of change initiatives ranging from organizational changes to process and system changes. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to help individuals understand, adjust to and adopt new concepts, practices, processes or tools. The Communication and Change Management Lead will manage end to end change and communication across finance directorates including weekly, monthly, quarterly and adhoc communication needs using latest and most effective communication, technologies and tools in line with Finance Directorate 2020 vision.

Bachelors' degree in a finance, commercial or IT disciplines such as Accounting, Economics, Information Systems or related fields. Preferably with a professional accounting certification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA) or MBA Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in managing business change and communication and strategic change initiatives. Deep knowledge of Change and Communication Management methodologies as well as best practices approaches and tools. Able to pragmatically apply and “right-size” these practices to fit the project and business needs. Driven, proactive and strong influencing capabilities Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to pull out and summarize information and tailor communication style and content for a variety of audiences. Comfortable and confident presenting to executives. Ability to take a consultative approach to understand requirements, drill into details, and resolve issues. Experience leading a variety of communication and change management initiatives including organizational change, process change and system changes. Skilled in building trusted relationships with team members and project stakeholders at all levels within the enterprise. Ability to effectively address and resolve conflict within and across teams. Strategic mindset with a focus on operationalization of strategic goals Organizational development training, communication and change management training and/or certification (desired)
