الوصف الوظيفي

*This position will train new Graduate as Drilling Engineers as part of CCED’s Omanization Program. In the longer term, they will be ready to take over when expansion of activities, movement, resignation. Also cost reduction will be expected when taking over form higher grade well site supervisors. During the first 12 months he will be working on site as a Trainee with the drilling contractor working on a 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off schedule. •He will follow the contractor’s rig management training program. •Regularly reports to CCED Drilling Supervisor for mentoring. •After approximately 12 months, he will be assigned to the rig as assistant well site drilling engineer. He may also spend time in the office as assistant drilling engineer.

المهارات المطلوبة

Bachelor of Engineering in Petroleum / Mechanical / Electrical/ Chemical. •Basic knowledge of Drilling engineering. •High level of computer literacy with various internet and MS-office applications such as MS-Word, MS-Excel, Power point and etc. •Excellent communication skills and ability to contribute as a team player. •Excellent Interpersonal skills.
