*Continuously improve the efficiency, reliability, and safety of oil and gas production processes.
*Leverage innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance production capabilities and reduce environmental impact.
*Achieve zero incidents and ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company safety standards.
*Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising safety or quality.
• Assist in the design and optimization of oil and gas processing facilities, including the preparation of technical documentation, process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
•Assist in sizing and specifying process equipment.
•Provide technical support for operational issues, including troubleshooting process problems and suggesting improvements to increase efficiency and safety.
•Assists process engineering projects, reports progress and take corrective actions wherever required to achieve set business targets.
•Perform data collection and analysis to monitor process performance, identify trends, and develop recommendations for process improvements.
•Participates in design, safety and technical audits and ensure that all are comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
•Assists in monitoring contractor responsibilities and competencies to meet required specifications and standards.
•Maintains day to day interfacing between process and other engineering disciplines together with Project Management teams.
•Assists is conceptual engineering, infrastructure planning and project engineering & integration and in accordance with agreed budget and delivery plan.
•Utilize simulation tools to evaluate and optimize oil and gas processing designs.
•Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in oil and gas processing through continuous learning and professional development.
المهارات المطلوبة
•Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
•Familiar with process simulation ( UNISIM and PIPESIM) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
•Familiar with process engineering, understanding of design, specification, and general process engineering of oil and gas facilities.
•Basic understanding of process safety management and environmental regulations.
•Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
