Carry out to translate the limited information from the Concept Selection Report and/or Basis for Design to a full process design and project specifications.
Supervise a team of process engineers to carry out the Process Engineering FEED activities (Define stage) for an assigned area of a specific project in order to generate the relevant Process Engineering FEED deliverables on time according to DCAF requirements.
Responsible for supporting Process Discipline Team, ensuring deliverables meet Technical requirements, Quality Assurance, Schedule and Cost requirements and Implement Standardization. Practice LEAN and continuous improvements.
* Engineering Degree and Certification as a Process or Chemical.* Minimum 4+ years industry experience in Process engineering positions on Oil & Gas industry.• Minimum 4 years in Front End Engineering Design (FEED)/DD Engineering Experience.• Good communicator and good inter-personal skills.• Self-motivated and analytical, with track record of strong verbal and written communication.* Fully versed with Process principles, techniques and industry standard software and standards.• Knowledge of HSE and AIPSM.
• Contribute to Basis for Design, Basis of Design, and Project Specifications/Philosophies.• Carry out Process Simulations Models and Flare & Blowdown Simulations.• Generate Heat & Material Balance (H&MB) Tables.• Develop Process/Utility Flow Schemes and Control Narrative.• Develop Process/Utility Engineering Flow Schemes and Process Safeguarding Flow Schemes. • Perform Sizing for Process Equipment and Relief Valves.• Carry out Line Hydraulics and provide/review Inputs to Line Listing.• Develop Safeguarding Memorandum.• Participate in Design Reviews, HAZOP’s, IPF Classifications, 3D Model review, Plot plan, HFE, constructability review etc.• Continually seeks new ways of working to improve performance and value delivery.• Manage Process Inputs to:o Material Selection Reporto Cause & Effect Diagrams.o Instrument Data Sheets.o Alarm & Trip Setting.o Hazardous Area Classification Schedule.• Initiate Process Engineering Deliverables.
